E. Images and Media
If you choose to upload an image, the App may collect image data from your photo library for:

The App does not require access to your photo library unless you actively choose to upload an image.
2. Permissions We Request

Based on the current App implementation, the App does not currently request device contacts, microphone, precise location, or camera access as a core feature.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users and maintain sign-in sessions
- Display your profile and account role
- Enable public chat and community posting features
- Review, approve, reject, display, edit, or remove user-submitted content
- Publish announcements and events
- Create and manage store and product listings
- Allow users to like, save, review, and interact with content
- Support administrator and super admin moderation and account management tools
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, and protect the App from misuse
4. Public and Visible Information
Some information you submit through the App is intended to be visible to other users.
This may include:
- Your name with community posts or chat activity
- Your profile photo, if you upload one
- Store information and product or service listings you publish
- Store ratings and review text you submit
- Announcements and events published by authorized admin accounts
Please do not post sensitive personal information in public chat, reviews, store listings, or community posts.
5. Admin and Moderation Access
Administrator and super admin accounts may be able to access or manage certain user and content records in order to operate the App.
Depending on your backend configuration, admin tools may allow authorized staff to view or manage:
- User names
- Mobile numbers
- Email addresses, if available
- Profile images
- Account role and status
- Join date or registration date
- Community submissions awaiting review
- Stores, products, announcements, events, and other submitted content
7. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
The App communicates with external backend services configured by the project owner, including:
- An API service for authentication, profiles, posts, stores, announcements, events, and user management
- A realtime chat service using Socket.IO or similar technology
If you use social sign-in features that may be enabled in the future, additional third-party authentication providers may process your sign-in data under their own privacy terms.
The current App code does not appear to include a mobile advertising SDK or a dedicated in-app analytics SDK. However, backend systems and hosting providers may still generate operational logs.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to:
- Provide the App and its features
- Maintain account access and moderation history
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce community or platform rules
Public content, chat messages, posts, reviews, announcements, events, and store-related content may remain available until deleted, removed by a moderator, or removed under backend retention rules.
10. Your Choices
Depending on how the App is configured, you may be able to:
- Update your display name
- Update your profile image
- Sign out of the App
- Delete your own community posts
- Manage your own store and product listings
If you want to request deletion of your account or personal data and no in-app option is available, contact us using the details below.
11. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
Because the App depends on external backend services selected by the project owner, overall security also depends on how those services are configured, hosted, monitored, and maintained.
12. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law to use the service without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
13. International Use
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your city, province, or country, depending on where the App infrastructure is hosted.
By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable law.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after an update means the updated Privacy Policy will apply, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Important Implementation Note
This document is a project-specific draft based on the current App codebase as of May 16, 2026. It should be reviewed and finalized by the project owner or legal counsel before publication, especially to confirm:
- The legal entity operating the App
- The production backend and hosting providers actually used
- Whether cookies are used on the web version
- The exact retention and deletion process
- Whether any analytics, crash reporting, notifications, or social sign-in providers are enabled in production
